Checking In

Hey. I know it’s been over a week since I posted last, and I’m sorry about that. This is going to be a disappointing post, and I’m sorry about that too.

Life Nomadic has, as planned, become my full time focus. It’s not that I don’t have time to write, but I’m currently writing tons of content for the site and I feel too drained to get into another big long thing here.

Once we launch the site in the next week or two, things will get back to normal.

The good news, though, is that you’ll get to read TONS of really great stuff all at once pretty soon. My goal is to blow people away with both quality and quantity, and I think I’m on track to do that.

The other good news is that the times when I have the most insight are usually the times when I’m doing the most work, so I should have some really interesting things to share with you soon too.

As a small preview, you can see a photoset of a helicopter tour I went on to the Grand Canyon. A helicopter really is the best accessory a photographer can get.

I found this on Derek Sivers’ blog. It’s the first time since getting Firefox years ago that I’ve specified a home page. Good things to remember.

My friend Dova is keeping people accountable on the forums. If you have New Years goals that you’re serious about, consider joining in and being accountable. I did this for 180 days last year and am now a productivity machine. It works.

In general I’d love to see more readers on the forums. We have a great group of people who I’ve gotten to know through their posts, and I know that a lot of other amazing people read this site. We mainly talk about and help each other with our projects and talk about cool self improvement things. Make an account and check it out.
