after 2 naps that were less than satisfactory, I was able to get in a great nap. My body is craving a full night’s rest,so I did not wake up feeling totally rested. I feel like I would after a night with 8 hours of sleep, but waking up on the "wrong" side of the bed. Just a little bit sluggish I suppose.
Manish’s after nap comment:"For some reason, all of my tiredness is in my left eye" very funny and bizarre.
okay, continuing on….The first few minutes after waking up are pretty foggy, but after a little while my mind totally clears out and I can function again without thinking about my next nap.
Dear Neetu,
You rock! this is going to be great. You are the queen of nappers, so this is just going to be natural.
Just a short list of all of the reasons that polynapping is awesome and how it will benefit my life:
-I get to nap throughout the day, which is great cause I always loved napping.
-Each nap is like a recharge, so I will be energy filled throughout the entire day.
-tons of productive time, throughout the entire day.
-I get to do all of my work at night, when everyone else is asleep. aka no distractions.
no after lunch drowsiness.
-Because I am only awake for about 3-4 hours at a time, my eating portions are much smaller, but in greater frequency, which is what is normally recommended anyways.
-Heightened mental function (hopefully) We’ll see when I get to around day 20-21.
-Time to work on new projects that I just "didn’t have the time for"
-No more jet lag!
-I get to see the sunrise and the sunset everyday, how cool is that?!
-I get to be a sleep snob!
-Tons of time to work out at the gym, specially at the odd hours of the day when no one else is there.
-no more worries about time differences when talking to friends around the globe.
-so much more awake time and exploring time when I am out traveling
-more time to make money, and more time to travel and spend my money.
-time to create passive streams of income
-much less stress.
this is just a short list of the unlimited number of reasons why this is the greatest thing ever!!
Also, what perfect timing. Just one month before I graduate from college. I can adjust to it now, and then have total freedom when I am out of college. I won’t have to get a job. I will just spend my nights creating passive income, my days doing my network marketing business, and then free time at classes, learning fun new stuff, and meeting new people during the day. I feel like I will be much more productive on this sleep schedule as well. There is no need for caffeine, because each nap is an energy boost. Also, I am much more alert, so it will make working much more easily sustainable throughout the entire day. I can’t wait to see how things unfold!
nap time!!!
