For that we have to be gratefull. (otherwise it could be turned into a Cancun in seconds).Visiting San Blas is a life time experience that I strongly recommend to everyone, BUT you do have to travel with plenty of time to spare. To do it in one day is almost impossible(you can not flight out), in two days it is risky(you need that 1 spare day for contigencies) and in 3 days it usually makes it possible and enjoyable.Javier
